Rates and cancellation

Prices, inclusions, deposit requirements, cancellation deadlines and prepayment conditions depend on the selected rate. The terms shown in your written quote or booking confirmation control that reservation. Never send money to bank or UPI details that have not been verified through Nyast’s official contact.

Arrival and occupancy

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• All guests, including children, must be declared before arrival.
• The reserved room’s stated occupancy limit may not be exceeded.
• Valid identification may be required under applicable rules.
• Pets are welcome. An additional cleaning and maintenance fee applies; confirm pet arrangements and the fee with Nyast before booking. Bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties are not accommodated.

Direct-booking voucher

The voucher amount is confirmed with the direct quote. It may be used like cash during that stay for eligible on-site food, drinks, shopping and DJS Robotics 3D Printing Zone purchases. It cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, carried to a later stay or used for outdoor providers such as taxis, tours, bike rentals or car rentals unless the confirmation expressly says otherwise.

Changes and property responsibility

Changes are subject to availability and the original rate terms. Nyast may take reasonable action to protect guests, staff and property. Third-party transport, tours and rentals are supplied by their respective operators and remain subject to those operators’ terms.
