• Check In Timing: 1:00pm, Check Out Timing: 11:00 am.
• Balance amount has to be paid while check-in via UPI or cash.
• Restaurant will be only open for breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
• Early Check-In Policy/Late Check-Out Policy - Thanks to our loyal guests like yourself, most of the rooms at our properties are sold out throughout the year. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we are not in a position to guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out. However, we will certainly try to offer you an early check-in (free of charge) from 10 am to 12 pm as long as we do not have other guests already staying in the booked room, or a ate check out up to 11:30 am (free of charge) provided we do not have other guests arriving immediately. Complimentary breakfast is not served on the day of check-in. 
• Kindly note in order to ensure that all our guests receive impeccable rooms, a security deposit of Rs. 2000 per booking is applicable on room service which will be refunded at the time of check out after a quick check on the linens and other fabrics in the said rooms. 
• Cancellation procedure: There will be o cancellation charges in case of cancellation 1 month prior to stay. Only a processing fee of 2500/- will be charged. Up to 7 days prior to booking 50% of total booking amount will be charged. There will be no refund if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the stay.
• Each day each room gets complimentary mineral water either while house keeping or on request.
• Power Back up: We have invertors that provide backup upto 5 hours and are connected to 1 light in the bedroom, 1 light in washroom, the fan, 1 mobile charging point and the Wi-Fi. 
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms and common area.
• We are not perfect but we do anything and everything to make your stay amazing and comfortable.
